Key responsibilities Catering administration • Help print and handover recipes, production documents, checklists and other paperwork for the kitchen and off-site teams., • Take daily allergen matrices downstairs each morning during your scheduled shifts and place them in the correct client boxes., • Check that printed paperwork is allocated to the correct client, team and service date., • Assist with weekly printing of client breakfast operations documents., • Print weekly client documents, including rotas and A5 signage.
