Requirements A minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi CDP. Strong knowledge of kitchen sections (grill, larder, sauce, garnish, pastry, etc.). Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety minimum). Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service. Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and willingness to learn and grow. Basic qualifications A minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role within the food industry, particularly in fine dining or catering environments.
