The Role As a Surveyor, you'll support the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance, using your technical expertise to ensure works are completed to the highest standards. Work with OTs on aids and adaptations, and support Development teams during build, inspection, and handover stages. Identify structural, compliance, safeguarding, or complex technical issues and escalate appropriately. Support performance targets, contribute to team development, and uphold organisational values.
