Making school holidays extraordinary \n \nThe Details \n\n\n\t • Title: Early Years Leader\n\t, • Reporting to: Camp Manager\n\t, • Contract: Seasonal work in school holidays.\n\t, • Oversee the delivery of a fun and engaging programme for the Ultimate Juniors on camp, ensuring all EYFS requirements are met.\n\t, • Prepare and deliver quality sports, arts & crafts and games for the four- and five-year olds, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.\n\t, • Direct and support a small team of Early Years staff.\n\t, • As the registered person, ensure Ofsted requirements are always met, liaising directly with an inspector in the event of an inspection.\n\t, • Be the main point of contact for the parents and guardians of the Juniors. This includes feeding back any observations or issues to parents.\n\t, • Manage some administrative duties for the Juniors (e.g., sign-in/out, registration etc).\n\t, • Liaise with the Camp Manager and work as a team to continuously promote the welfare of the children in your care.\n\t, • Supervise and engage with the children outside of activity times.\n\t, • Ensure the provision of childcare is always of a high quality to meet the needs of individual children from differing backgrounds and stages of development.\n\t, • Live up to the Ultimate Activity Camp promise of ‘Inspiring Children Every Day’ and behave in a manner that reflects the expectations of the company throughout your employment.\n\t, • Show high levels of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism, acting as a suitable role model for the children.\n\t, • Ensure all policies and procedures on camp are adhered to by yourself and the children in your care, including all health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.\n\t, • Educated to a minimum of Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare or Primary Education, with significant experience working with 4- and 5-year-olds.\n\t, • Experience of working with children and delivering activities and able to tailor the delivery and structure of a session according to age and ability.\n\t, • Be enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about working developing children through play and activity.\n\t, • Good organisation and communication skills. Candidates must be confident in their ability to lead a group of children and not shy away from responsibility.\n\t, • Good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and how to apply it to a camp setting.\n\t, • Excellent communicator, with great face-to-face customer service skills. Permanent | Engineering / Manufacturing Environment We are recruiting a Project Technician to provide hands‑on engineering and project support within a regulated manufacturing and packaging environment. The Role This position supports engineering projects and day‑to‑day operational activities to ensure safe, compliant and efficient facilities and equipment. You will contribute to small capital projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance activities, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and external contractors. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical engineering support across projects and operations in line with GMP and engineering best practice, • Lead or support small engineering and continuous improvement projects (typically up to £100k), • Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver project activities safely and efficiently, • Support commissioning, qualification and validation (CQV) activities, • Conduct engineering surveys and contribute to feasibility studies and documentation, • Manage shutdowns, permits, risk assessments, and method statements for project works, • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements, • Contribute to equipment reliability, availability and cost‑reduction initiatives Skills & Experience • Time‑served apprenticeship with NVQ Level 3–4, City & Guilds, or equivalent in an engineering or building services discipline, • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical experience desirable but not essential), • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and contractor management, • Exposure to project delivery or formal project management training advantageous Competencies • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, • Ability to work independently or as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, • Adaptable and organised, with attention to detail, • Effective written and verbal communication skills, • Proactive, resilient and committed to continuous improvement Why Apply?
