The Role We are looking for a SAP Migration Specialist to support the migration of key engineering and maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on SAP EAM and project-related structures. You will work as part of a wider SAP and engineering team to ensure accurate, controlled and secure migration of legacy data into the new SAP environment. What You Will Do • Support the migration of engineering and maintenance data into SAP S/4HANA (EAM focus), • Work with technical objects such as Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, and asset structures, • Assist in migrating legacy project and contract data, ensuring alignment with SAP structures, • Help ensure data is correctly prepared, validated, and loaded into SAP, • Support data security and access controls in line with ITAR and EAR requirements, • Work with engineering and SAP teams to ensure data consistency across systems, • Assist in maintaining compliance with defence and aerospace standards What We’re Looking For • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or similar experience, • Experience working with SAP, ideally in S/4HANA or ECC environments, • Exposure to SAP data migration, data preparation, or SAP implementation projects, • Understanding of engineering or maintenance data (e.g. MRO, assets, BOMs, or project structures) is beneficial, • Awareness of regulated environments (defence, aerospace, or similar) is an advantage, • Familiarity with data quality, validation, or system migration processes, • BPSS eligibility and willingness to work in a secure environment

This is your chance to work with pioneering technology, develop your skills, and make a tangible difference.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for a SAP Migration Specialist to focus on high-integrity data migration for complex engineering programmes, long-term project lifecycles, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\n * Implement strict data segregation and access controls to comply with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR during extraction and loading.\n\n * Lead the migration of complex maintenance data, including historical asset structures, technical objects (Equipment/Functional Locations), and Bills of Materials (BOMs) into SAP EAM/S4HANA.\n\n * Manage the migration of long-term, multi-year contract data, ensuring alignment between legacy work breakdown structures (WBS) and S/4HANA.\n\n * Remediate legacy custom code and ensure all new extensions on SAP BTP meet rigorous defence-grade security and compliance standards.\n\n * Standardise data across European or global domains to enable interoperability with partners such as NATO.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with relevant experience.\n\n * Deep proficiency in SAP for Aerospace & Defence, including MRO, Project Manufacturing, and Advanced Planning (PP/DS).\n\n * Understanding of Export Control (UK/US), Quality Standards (AS9100), and Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
