RA, PV, QA Associate (Entry-Level) 📍 Norwich, UK (Hybrid or Onsite) 💷 Salary: £32,000 Integral Pharma Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Regulatory Affairs (RA), Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Quality Assurance (QA) Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first hires in a scaling pharmaceutical consulting company, working closely with experienced professionals and gaining broad exposure across regulatory, safety, and quality disciplines. We provide strategic consulting and lifecycle services for pharmaceutical companies, ensuring compliance across Europe and the UK. About the Role As an RA, PV, QA Associate, you’ll support a range of regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and quality activities for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You’ll gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry while developing specialist expertise over time. Responsibilities may include: • Triaging incoming communications from Health Authorities, Healthcare Professionals and Patients to identify and appropriately process compliance-related information, • Supporting regulatory submissions and documentation, • Assisting with pharmacovigilance case processing and safety reporting, • Contributing to quality management system (QMS) activities, • Maintaining regulatory and quality documentation, • Supporting internal compliance and client projects Full on-the-job training will be provided, making this an excellent entry point into the pharmaceutical industry.
