Responsibilities Pre-Drill Planning • Prepare geological programmes, including responsibility for the Ineos Well Proposal Document (WPD) which is the formal description of the geological target used by the drilling department for the detailed well design. This includes well objectives, stratigraphic prognosis (including faults), overburden and reservoir pore pressure prediction, data acquisition programmes and geological uncertainties and drilling hazard assessments. Data is provided by the project geologist and petrophysicist., • Review offset data and identify geological risks. Coordinate with project geophysicist to identify fault risks and location of Permian Zechstein salts that may pose a drilling risk., • Coordinate with drilling engineers and subsurface teams to align well objectives. Gilston Park Estate is a once in a generation opportunity to deliver six distinct new villages bound together by landscape and community to the north of Harlow. It is unique in its design and infrastructure-led approach, with six distinct villages, each with their own character, buffered by accessible green spaces and, crucially, linked by a sustainable transport network which will enable residents' direct access to Harlow's economic opportunities and infrastructure plus accessibility by road and rail to elsewhere to achieve ambitious 60% modal shift targets. You will have a leading role in the delivery of complex infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, utilities, landscaping, and community amenities from inception to completion, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including CDM regulations. You'll be managing budgets and programmes, and securing planning and technical approvals. The role involves procuring and managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing contracts and tendering, and driving value engineering to achieve cost efficiency. Strong stakeholder engagement, meticulous record-keeping, and clear reporting to senior management are essential to keep projects on track and aligned with business objectives. More about you We're seeking an experienced project manager with a strong track record in delivering infrastructure projects such as highways, utilities, drainage, and civils. You'll have deep knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management (NEC, JCT), and regulatory compliance, combined with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships. Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential to drive successful outcomes.
