Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, to the highest standards. - Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a memorable experience. - Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to. - Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours, while maintaining a proactive approach to service. - Collaborate with the team to create a positive and energetic environment, supporting colleagues as needed. - Manage stock levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring inventory. Requirements: - Experience: Must have previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale bar. - Proactive: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to improve service and efficiency. - Efficient: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. - Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. - Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a cooperative mindset. - Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
