As a member of the Solutions COO team you will play a key role in creating the operational infrastructure that supports rapid growth, defining strategy, and acting as the central liaison between the Solutions business and the wider group’s Control and Support functions. • Deliver new sales business initiatives, including building out new products or business lines., • Manage daily ad‑hoc requests from Sales to support day‑to‑day and wider business process enhancements., • Review existing processes and identify enhancements via automation and technology to improve the Marex Solutions Sales team., • Lead cross‑functional projects, establishing project plans, scope and execution, and rolling out new initiatives end to end., • Generate ideas to improve the management of new business initiatives and promote innovation across the team., • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, ensuring clarity on progress and deliverables., • Monitor and improve operational processes, onboarding, credit, change management and governance to increase efficiency., • Support solutions cost management, providing transparency around costs and budgets, and driving efficiencies and cost reductions., • Collaborate with support teams, legal and compliance to ensure regulatory Sales initiatives meet local and general regulatory rules., • Maintain Sales conflict management and training programs, ensuring they remain up to date., • Draft Sales Management Information (MI) for technical review and analyse business performance., • Problem‑solving skills., • Strong Excel, VBA or Python skills and proficiency in MS Office., • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure., • 3+ years of experience across Structured Notes and/or over‑the‑counter/exchange‑traded derivatives., • Recognised investment or finance accreditation is a plus., • Project management experience., • Relationship management skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication., • Collaborative team player, approachable, self‑efficient and capable of influencing a positive work environment., • Demonstrates curiosity and resilience in a challenging, fast‑paced environment., • Excels at building relationships and networking., • Ability to work independently to drive projects., • Act with integrity, skill, care and diligence., • Be open and cooperative with FCA, PRA and other regulators., • Pay due regard to customer interests and treat them fairly., • Observe proper standards of market conduct., • Act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers., • Respect – Clients are at the heart of our business; we always treat them fairly., • Integrity – We do business the right way, upholding high ethical standards., • Collaborative – We work in teams with open, direct communication, fostering effective teamwork., • Developing our People – We grow our own talent to build careers at Marex. #J-18808-Ljbffr
