The Role They are looking for a motivated and compassionate Centre Manager to lead services in the city. This is a full-time (37 hours), interim cover role (up to 12 months) , based in Leeds. • 25 days annual leave (rising to 30) + public holidays, • Supportive, values-led workplace, • Opportunities for leadership development and career progression As the Centre Manager , you’ll: • Lead and oversee the delivery of holistic, gender-specific support services for women and girls, • Manage and develop a talented staff team with the support of a Deputy Manager, • Build strong partnerships and maintain effective referral pathways, • Take responsibility for contracts, budgets and reporting to funders, • Contribute to organisational strategy and drive service improvement This is a role where you can combine people leadership with operational excellence — and see the positive impact of your work every day. About You You’ll bring experience in: • Leading and managing service delivery in the charity, voluntary or public sector, • Supporting, motivating and developing staff, • Translating strategy into operational delivery, • A strong communicator who builds relationships with ease, • Adaptable, resilient and highly organised, • Solution-focused, calm under pressure and able to manage risk effectively, • Passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion Experience in women’s services or the criminal justice system is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your leadership ability and commitment to making a difference.
