About the Role We are seeking a Fund & Operations – Senior Associate to join our growing Operations team. Reporting to our Finance Director, this individual will play a pivotal role across both our fund structures and corporate entities. The ideal candidate will support the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial and operational information across the business. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining strong ownership and accountability. We are looking for a qualified accountant with approximately 3–5 years’ relevant experience, ideally gained within fund operations, fund finance, or a corporate accounting environment. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, improve, and grow within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. Core Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operational activities across both fund and corporate entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data., • Review, monitor, and reconcile fund trades, corporate actions, FX settlements, cash movements, bank accounts, and transactions, investigating and resolving breaks., • Support fund accounting activities including NAV inputs, accruals, journals, and review of outputs from third-party administrators., • Assist with corporate accounting activities including month-end close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and control reviews., • Act as a key liaison with third-party fund administrators, counterparties, accountants, banks, and internal deal and funding teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables., • Proactively manage multiple operational and reporting deadlines across fund and corporate workstreams, seeing tasks through to completion., • Maintain, document, and enhance operational processes, controls, and procedures to support scalability and risk management., • Support periodic reporting, audits, and regulatory or ad-hoc information requests across fund and corporate structures., • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance fund and corporate accounting processes.
