Training Officer | Care Trainer | NAPPI Trainer 📍 Leicester (Office-Based) 💰 Circa £37,500 | 🕒 Full-Time | Flexibility Required This isn't a tick-box training role. They are not looking for someone to simply “deliver slides.” They want a credible Training Officer who can elevate standards, influence behaviour, and ensure every member of staff is safe, confident and compliant before entering service. The Role – Training Officer / Care Trainer As the appointed Training Officer, you will: • Deliver induction and mandatory training to new care staff, • Lead NAPPI (de-escalation & restrictive physical intervention) training, • Deliver Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, MCA & DoLS, Mental Health Awareness, • Provide Emergency First Aid at Work, Manual Handling, Health & Safety and Fire Marshal training, • Maintain robust training records aligned with CQC standards, • Conduct training needs analysis, • Improve and enhance existing training materials, • Hold a recognised training qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent), • Have experience delivering training within the care sector (strongly preferred), • Have a high level of knowledge around CQC regulations, • Have experience delivering NAPPI or restrictive physical intervention training, • Be confident facilitating diverse groups, including international staff, • Salary circa £37,500, • Stakeholder pension, • A stable, purpose-driven environment, • Senior leadership backing to improve training, • The opportunity to develop accredited internal courses JBRP1_UKTJ
