The Senior Leadership Team are approachable and committed to maintaining a positive school culture rooted in respect, compassion, and high expectations.\n\nRole Overview\n\nPosition: KS1 or KS2 Class Teacher\n Start Date: September 2026 - July 2027\n Location: Hounslow, West London\n Pay: MPS 1-6 Inner London (£206.95 - £268.21 per day, PAYE)\n Contract: Full-time, full academic year\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAs a Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for the learning and development of your class, delivering high-quality teaching in line with the National Curriculum. Responsibilities include:\n\nPlanning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners\nCreating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that reflects the school's faith-based values and ethos\nAssessing, tracking, and monitoring pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and targeted support\nSupporting pupils' academic progress while also promoting their personal, social, and emotional development\nDelivering high-quality English and Maths teaching, alongside a broad and balanced curriculum\nImplementing effective behaviour management strategies rooted in respect and consistency\nSupporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN and EAL\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues to share planning, resources, and best practice\nBuilding strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community\nContributing to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, events, and upholding the school's faith ethosThe Ideal Candidate Will:\n\nHave strong teaching experience within either KS1 or KS2\nBe committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning\nDemonstrate excellent behaviour management with a calm and nurturing approach\nBe passionate about supporting all pupils to achieve their full potential\nBe a reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment\nBe supportive of, and willing to contribute to, the school's faith ethos and valuesPlease note: ECTs are not being considered for this position.\n\nIf you are looking to join a school where you will be valued, supported, and part of a strong community with shared values, we would love to hear from you
