Job overviewA specialist senior manager accountable for governing clinical standards frameworks and associated activity across the organisation and managing the underpinning functions and teams within the Clinical Standards Team under the direction of the Medical Directorate. Ensure clinical standards are implemented and sustainably maintained. Oversee monitoring and reporting of activity and performance from Ward-to-Board. Ensure barriers to implementation are addressed/escalated and partial/non-compliance is robustly management through action planning and risk assessment via Trust governance frameworks. Manage a range of associated projects and educational activities to support the remit.
