    Purpose of the Role To take full responsibility for the leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of a 3‑bed EBD children’s home. The Registered Manager ensures the delivery of high‑quality, trauma‑informed care in line with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted’s Quality Standards. The role is accountable for safeguarding, staff development, operational excellence, and achieving positive outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities 1.
