We’re looking for a Managing Consultant to join Shirley Parsons – a dynamic leadership and sales role for ambitious professionals ready to combine personal sales excellence with inspirational team leadership. What You’ll Do • Team Growth: Drive expansion in Gross Profit and yield through strategic recruitment and development., • Sales Excellence: Achieve personal sales targets and ensure team goals are consistently met., • People Development: Recruit, train, manage, and develop team members across the full employee lifecycle., • Cross-Business Collaboration: Promote and contribute to sales and lead generation across all group companies., • Deliver robust business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities • Acquire and expand client accounts, managing major accounts (£40k+ quarterly placements)., • Ensure effective use of systems (Mercury, LinkedIn, job boards) for lead generation and performance tracking., • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and succession planning., • Oversee marketing materials and maintain compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years’ experience in specialist recruitment or sales with a proven track record., • Experience managing a team across recruitment, development, and retention., • Strong knowledge of database systems and compliance requirements., • Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially aware., • Education: 4 GCSEs (including English, Maths, ICT) and 2 A-levels required., • (Bonus: Budget preparation, previous agency experience, degree.)
