    We are currently recruiting for a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher to join one of our excellent SEN schools located in Wingrave, Buckinghamshire. This is a long-term contract position, paid to scale, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.     Duties and responsibilities: · Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. · Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards. · Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring the shop operates within financial targets. · Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product quality. · Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner and that products are fresh and of high quality. · Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for upper management. · Analyze data to make informed decisions regarding operations and marketing strategies. · Ensure that all products meet the shop's quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. · Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for ingredients and supplies. · Implement standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. · Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the shop and increase sales, including social media campaigns and local promotions. · Collaborate with the team to create new cake designs and flavours, keeping up with market trends and customer preferences. · Participate in local events and fairs to increase brand visibility. Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food or bakery sector., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent customer service and communication skills., • Basic financial acumen and experience with budgeting., • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards., • Creativity and a passion for baking and cake design., • A relevant Bachelor or Master degree required.
