About the job: As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching and leading our first UK store. Requirements: - Must be authorised to work in the UK - 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry preferred. - Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a small team. - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. - Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues and finding solutions. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
