Your Requirements: The Waiter/Waitress’s primary responsibilities are to exemplify uncompromising hospitality with courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The Waiter/Waitress takes orders, answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanour.
