Medical Negligence Solicitor - Newcastle - Hybrid - up to £65,000 An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Top 100 law firm with a national presence, based in Newcastle. As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer to join their successful team. In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and multi-track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a complex caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of litigation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong credit hire knowledge looking to progress within a stable and supportive legal environment. You will manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated credit hire claims, working closely with solicitors and senior team members to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
