The Role: As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality insurance solutions. Our client is looking for an ambitious, motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to support the management of a dynamic portfolio of Commercial Properties and estates. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial property operations, client relations, and tenant engagement. The successful candidate will assist in ensuring high standards of service delivery, regulatory compliance, and the ongoing enhancement of asset value, while working closely with senior team members and stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day operations of a Commercial property portfolio, supporting the delivery of efficient front end and back-end property management practices. Dealing with insurance renewals on all properties as well as preparing insurance schedules. Preparation & processing of all sales invoicing/tenant demands. Produce tenant arrear reports & contact tenants to chase for payment. Ensuring the property management accounting system is kept up to date by adding/amending new/existing records in respect Clients/Properties/Tenants. Weekly site inspections on vacant properties Organising for Smart Meters to be fitted where appropriate Collecting monthly utility readings from all sites Dealing with any maintenance requests organising with tenants and property managers, as well as preparing quotes and dealing with supplier invoicing Onboarding new managed properties / sites to the management software Arranging inspections for the property manager to attend As this is a new role, the responsibilities will likely change as you develop into the role and management portfolios expand What We Are Looking For We are seeking a proactive and professional Property Manager with a background in property management.
