TXM Recruit are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a growing manufacturing business operating across the UK, Europe and Asia. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative organisation where you will play a key role in supporting business growth, providing financial leadership, and managing finance teams across multiple business units. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial information while ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders and lead a high-performing finance team. Key Responsibilities Management Accounts Lead and contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple business units Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of all financial transactions Contribute to monthly group financial reporting with clear and concise commentary Analyse and interpret month-end results, providing insight into variances and key drivers Budgeting & Forecasting Develop and maintain financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making Review and update monthly reforecasts Lead the annual budgeting process Identify risks and opportunities aligned to business objectives Support new business opportunities with robust financial and manufacturing assumptions Operations, Reporting & Cost Control Produce weekly supplier payment runs Build strong relationships across departments to drive best practice and controls Develop and deliver KPI reporting Identify cost drivers and efficiency improvements Monitor costs, overheads and inventory valuations to optimise working capital Team Management Oversee day-to-day financial operations including invoicing and transactions Coach, support and develop finance team members Set objectives and implement training and development plans Governance & Compliance Maintain robust financial controls and procedures Ensure compliance with financial standards, company policies and audit requirements Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders during year-end processes Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and ISO 9001 standards About You Essential Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 3 years PQE Proven experience influencing senior leadership as a finance business partner Financial leadership experience within a manufacturing and/or parts & service environment Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills Desirable Experience implementing accounting software and ERP systems Background in a Big 4 or similar environment Experience using integrated accountancy systems (e.g. Sageline 500) Why Apply?
