In this role, you’ll use your expert knowledge to deliver learning across topics such as: • Leasehold law and responsibilities, • Service charge budgeting and accounts, • Major works and Section 20, • Health & Safety and building compliance, • Customer service and complaints management But that's not all! You'll also learn the craft of designing and delivering truly impactful training sessions and eLearning with work across our entire business. From the day-to-day running of our online training platform Centrick Academy, to company wide inductions, this is a varied role where no two days are the same. What you’ll be doing No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect.
