We also offer job security and regular overtime paid at an enhanced rate: £15.11 per hour Overtime: Monday-Friday time and a half after 8 hours - £22.67 Saturday time and a half for the first 6 hours then double time Sunday double time £30.22 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out the delivery and collection of products to customer sites while maintaining company high standards of Health and Safety at all times. Maintain the company vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness to represent the company at all times. Comply with the WTD and EU driving rules to ensure full compliance is achieved with no infringements. Ensure HGV licence and CPC cards are up to date and valid. Asphalt delivery Concrete delivery Recycled products Internal stock delivery/transfer Ensure vehicle is clean, safe and legally roadworthy Defect reporting Manage drivers hours on tachograph Legally compliant breaks WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Valid HGV license with CPC card. Experience driving mixers would be beneficial. Experience working with digital tachographs. Strong awareness of Driver Regulations specifically relating to Driver Hours & Working Time Regulations. A keen interest and commitment to Health and Safety, and Environmental matters. A flexible approach to working hours and willingness to work regular overtime to meet the needs of the business when required including alternate weekends.
