The Position: Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Lead We are looking for an IMS Lead to join our nuclear new build delivery team, supporting the development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS). This role focuses on procedure development, process modelling, and process governance within a highly regulated major project environment. You will lead IMS procedure activities, process mapping, and process architecture support, working closely with stakeholders to develop, refine, and standardise controlled procedures and process documentation. Some of the main responsibilities of the IMS Lead will include: • Lead the development, refinement and standardisation of IMS procedures, controlled procedures, and process documentation, • Create, update and retire procedures and work instructions within the Integrated Management System (IMS) framework, • Run process workshops and stakeholder sessions to define processes and translate them into mapped procedures and process models, • Produce process maps, process models and workflow diagrams using Visio and process modelling standards (BPMN beneficial), • Manage the procedure pipeline, prioritisation and governance workflow across multiple functions, • Coach and guide SMEs and analysts on procedure development best practice and process modelling standards, • Support IMS process architecture and ensure procedures align with regulatory and management system requirements, • Coordinate with digital and document systems teams to ensure accurate publication of IMS procedures and process models in controlled systems and EDRMS tools This role offers the opportunity to work on a major nuclear new build programme, shaping how processes and procedures are defined and implemented at scale. You will play a key role in improving the Integrated Management System, influencing process design and procedure standards across a complex engineering environment. Preferred Profile: Alongside a commitment to our values of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, and Inclusiveness, we are looking for individuals who can bring the following: • Strong experience developing and improving procedures, SOPs, work instructions and controlled process documentation, • Proven experience working within an Integrated Management System (IMS), QMS or regulated management system environment, • Hands-on process mapping and process modelling experience using Visio; BPMN or formal process modelling standards desirable, • Experience running process workshops and translating business processes into procedures and process models, • Background in nuclear, energy, construction or other highly regulated major project environments, • Knowledge of process governance, process architecture or process libraries within management systems, • Experience with process repositories or IMS tools such as iServer, Orbus or similar is desirable, • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement experience beneficial, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, • Reside locally to one of the contractual locations, or be prepared to relocate, as this permanent role does not include travel expense coverage.
