In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Ensuring that all Request for Quotation (RFQ) are logged accurately on to the sales CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System and provide feedback on quotes as required, • Preparing and issuing enquiries to selected vendors, evaluate their proposals, and ensure that high quality, compliant proposals are prepared and submitted within agreed timescales. Immediately address bid clarification requests and revise proposal accordingly, • Reviewing customer Purchase Order (PO) against project quotation, and associated clarifications, for compliance both technically and commercially, address all anomalies, request customer PO amendments as required, • Processing orders in the Oracle system ensuring all relevant information is included where necessary to communicate the order requirements to our suppliers and colleagues in other parts of the business, • Providing support to Project and Order Management to ensure successful completion of the order including technical and commercial issues. Processing PO amendments as required, defending, and strengthening the contract at every available opportunity in respect of risk and profitability whilst respecting relationships with both external/internal customers, • To be a key and valuable member of the Bid Management team, providing regular and positive contributions at departmental/management meetings, • Ensuring full compliance with legal and Company requirements with regards to Trade Compliance and Ethical Business and follow vital procedures Who You Are: You partner with others to get work done.
