Safeguarding • Protect individuals from abuse, neglect and exploitation., • Follow safeguarding procedures at all times., • Report any concerns immediately. Health and Safety • Work in accordance with Health and Safety legislation., • Use moving and handling equipment safely., • Follow infection prevention and control procedures., • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Record Keeping • Complete electronic or paper care records accurately., • Record medication, incidents and observations promptly., • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and company policy. Professional Standards • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude., • Arrive punctually for all scheduled visits., • Treat every individual with dignity, compassion and respect., • Build positive relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals., • Attend mandatory training and regular supervision., • Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development.
