This position aims to cultivate comprehensive talents with practical skills in the British construction industry, international project management thinking and cross-cultural collaboration capabilities. You will participate in the company's key construction projects in the UK throughout the entire process, from early program discussions and planning approvals to on-site construction management, quality control, and later delivery and operation and maintenance, and have full exposure to the entire life cycle of British construction projects. At the same time, you will collaborate deeply with local British architects, engineers, and project teams, and assist in the connection of Sino-British construction technology exchange related work, and quickly accumulate practical experience in the front line of the British construction industry.
