Your mission will be to optimise business systems, improve processes, and ensure our operations—from production to planning—run like clockwork. You will: • Manage and optimise our core business systems, • Improve workflows across the business, identifying bottlenecks and driving digital transformation., • Maintain key data such as BOMs, routings and work instructions., • Enhance real-time production data visibility and reporting., • Lead system upgrades and new implementations, ensuring smooth rollout and change adoption., • Support teams with training, troubleshooting and ongoing system improvements., • Drive compliance, quality standards and strong data governance. 🤝 You’ll Work Closely With Production • Planning • Design • Admin • Finance • Procurement…ensuring our systems enable everyone to do their best work. 💡 What You’ll Bring Essential: • 3–7 years in manufacturing operations, business systems, or process improvement., • Strong experience with ERP systems—ideally Microsoft NAV., • Understanding of manufacturing workflows and process mapping., • Proven experience in project delivery, system upgrades or implementations., • Confidence working with data, KPIs and operational analysis., • Experience with BI tools., • Project/change management experience., • Strong process analysis and documentation skills. 🚀 Why Join Us? To manage and produce accurate and timely audit reports and project assurance reviews, supporting the Senior Audit Manager as required to provide independent assurance to the Board, through the Audit Committee, on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in order to add value and improve the Group's operations and the control environment. Improve processes & outputs through simplifying tasks. • Be proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for departments so that managers across the business can respond to them on a timely basis. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including stores, to understand the context in which you are working. • Champion the customer and retain a customer focus through daily routines. • Support your business areas in developing and maintaining their operational risk register. • Lead project assurance and audits, providing expertise and feedback to improve risk management and control, business processes and procedures. • (If applicable) provide direction and development to direct reports/audit team. • Consult with senior management to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to speed up and simplify. • Identify personal and professional opportunities for development. • Continually focusing on simplifying and improving processes and controls. • Understand the environment of the area in which you work and the implications of changes. • Deliver planned and ad-hoc audit and consultancy engagements, ensuring control and quality throughout, and reviewing and challenging to ensure accurate output.
