Legal Secretary Beaconsfield and Marlow office – Office based Competitive Salary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join my clients team working across 2 branches in Beaconsfield and Marlow. You will providing secretarial and administrative support within both branches. You will: • Respond to client enquiries promptly and courteously, • Coordinate diaries and schedule appointments, • Keep clients informed on the progress of their matters, • Process client payments and communicate details to the Accounts team in a timely manner, • Stay up to date with client care and anti-money laundering obligations, • Open and maintain client files, ensuring all compliance documents are completed, • Provide audio typing support for multiple offices as required, • Prepare correspondence and draft legal documents, • Perform copy typing, scanning, and photocopying tasks efficiently, • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, • Receive and distribute incoming mail appropriately, • Assist with marketing activities and initiatives, • Keep filing systems and office calendars organised, • Attend internal meetings and contribute to team projects, • Adhere to Health & Safety requirements in the office, • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including file audits and maintaining trackers, • Support equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times The ideal candidate will: • Have experience in a Legal Secretary or similar role, • Have strong organisational and time management skills, • Have excellent audio typing and document production skills, • Have professional communication and client-focused approach, • Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Be proactive and supportive team player, • Have strong IT skills including case management systems, • Have a high level of discretion and confidentiality, • Have the understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
