An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK law firm as a Team Leader within their specialist Clinical Negligence department. You will oversee a team currently comprising four individuals, with responsibility for all birth injury cases. With approximately 300 new birth injury cases expected over the next 12 months, this is a pivotal role in a growing team. As the caseload increases, the team will continue to expand, offering real scope for career progression and leadership impact. About the Role: This role is ideal for a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer looking to step into a strategic leadership position. You’ll work closely with other Team Leaders and the Head of Department to drive consistency, excellence, and collaboration across the firm. Please note: This role offers flexible, remote-first working, with occasional travel to the firm’s Leeds office.
