    Wemedia Trading Ltd is a UK-based cross-border e-commerce company primarily engaged in the international sourcing, importation, and online sales of beauty and personal care products. The company sells products across multiple markets through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, and fulfils orders through a combination of its own warehousing facilities and third-party logistics services. As the business continues to grow, the volume of day-to-day operational work in areas such as procurement, inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination has increased significantly. To ensure that business processes operate efficiently and smoothly, and to strengthen coordination across different functions, the company requires a Business Support Officer role to support daily business activities. Key Responsibilities • Assist in supporting cross-border procurement and import processes by organising supplier documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and supporting the preparation of customs clearance documentation (e.g. air waybills and customs declarations), • Assist in monitoring international and domestic logistics activities, including verifying shipping documentation and related costs, and supporting the coordination of timely receipt and dispatch of goods, • Support the maintenance of inventory records, assist in stock monitoring, and contribute to the accuracy and organisation of inventory data, • Provide support in order processing activities, including verifying order information, tracking shipment status, and assisting in resolving routine issues, • Assist in the organisation and maintenance of operational data related to e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon), including sales records, fee statements, and inventory data, • Organise and maintain business-related documentation, including supplier invoices, logistics charges, and warehouse records, • Support communication and coordination with suppliers, logistics service providers, and customers in relation to routine operational matters, • Provide basic administrative and data support to management, including assisting in the preparation of operational, sales, and inventory reports Requirements • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, • Basic data handling skills, including the ability to organise and process order, inventory, and sales data, • Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers, • Basic problem-solving ability to address routine operational issues, • Proficiency in standard office software such as Excel and Word, • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, logistics, or a related field, • Prior experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or logistics is preferred; familiarity with import/export processes is an advantage, • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is desirable, • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a flexible working environment within a small team
