Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our recruitment and executive search team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality execution of search assignments, exceptional candidate engagement, and seamless delivery for our clients. As a Delivery Consultant at VMA Group, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of recruitment and executive search mandates. You will support Consultants and Directors in identifying, engaging, and assessing exceptional communications, marketing, digital, and change talent, ensuring that VMA Group continues to deliver precision driven, insight led recruitment and executive search solutions to its clients. This is a research and relationship focused role requiring curiosity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to maintaining VMA Group’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Talent Research & Sourcing • Conduct market mapping and targeted research across communications, marketing, digital, PR, and change talent pools., • Build and maintain talent pipelines across VMA Group’s specialist markets, leveraging platforms, databases, and advanced search techniques., • Identify and approach high-calibre candidates that align with client briefs and industry requirements. Candidate Engagement & Assessment • Engage candidates professionally, providing clear, informed briefs on roles and clients., • Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit., • Provide candidates with a high-quality experience that reflects VMA Group’s long-standing commitment to strong candidate relationships. Project Delivery & Support • Support end-to-end delivery of retained, exclusive and contingent permanent assignments., • Prepare longlists, shortlists, candidate profiles, and research summaries., • Maintain rigorous tracking of progress to ensure timely, accurate delivery against client expectations. Client Collaboration • Contribute insights and data to client updates, briefing sessions, and search documentation., • Ensure that all delivery aligns with VMA Group’s standards for precision, quality and sector expertise., • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client communication. Data Integrity & Best Practice • Maintain accurate candidate and assignment records within the CRM/ATS., • Follow compliance and GDPR standards rigorously., • Support knowledge sharing through internal research assets, sector updates and market intelligence. Skills & Experience • Experience in recruitment, research, executive search, talent acquisition or a related professional services environment (preferred)., • Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to navigate complex talent landscapes., • Excellent relationship building and communication skills., • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities., • Comfortable balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment., • Knowledge of communications, marketing or digital sectors is advantageous but not essential.
