This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a more senior classroom role, delivering learning, managing groups, and contributing to the wider school environment. A recognised HLTA qualification is essential. Candidates without the HLTA qualification will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver lessons under the guidance of the class teacher Provide cover for short-term teacher absence where needed Support the development of learning for individuals or groups, including those with additional needs Assist with assessment, feedback, and pupil progress tracking Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy Support and mentor Teaching Assistants and less experienced staff Contribute to the development of the wider school curriculum and enrichment activities Requirements HLTA qualification (essential) Proven experience in a classroom or educational setting Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, proactive, and positive approach to working in schools Commitment to safeguarding and supporting all pupils Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
