About the job We are seeking a confident and experienced Reception Supervisor to become part of our Front Office Team at Quest Apartments Hotels, Liverpool. Our properties operate 24/7; therefore, the department works on an early (7am-3.30pm) or late (3pm-11.30pm) shift basis. Night shifts are also available and required on occasion. As our Reception Supervisor, you will: Be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Front Office Team, from customer service to administration Ensure that the team offers a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests, managing expectations by constantly seeking opportunities to personalise their needs, travel purposes, plans, etc Take initiative in accommodating the customers’ needs in a resourceful manner Undertake and oversee Front Office administrative tasks in accordance with Company standards, procedures and legal obligations Ensure that all shift tasks are carried out according to the required standard and take responsibility in providing full handovers to all relevant parties/shifts.
