The Role This is a senior role within our sales leadership team. You’ll manage Enterprise Business Development Managers, work closely with our Commercial Director, and be responsible for delivering on both your own personal sales target and the overall team target. The role is primarily field-based, meeting clients across the UK and attending key industry events. Key Responsibilities • Drive New Business: Manage the full sales cycle from data sourcing through to closing deals., • Pipeline Growth: Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach., • Networking: Meet clients face-to-face and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and open new opportunities., • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate our eCommerce solutions (including Google Shopping expertise), showing how our platform solves client challenges., • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit ambitious revenue goals., • Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities., • Reporting: Keep accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and forecasts, with regular updates to the leadership team., • Team Leadership: Run team meetings, coach and develop team members, review performance, and provide ongoing support. What We’re Looking For • Proven success in enterprise-level sales, consistently hitting or exceeding targets., • Experience working with clients in the retail or eCommerce sector., • Management experience in an enterprise sales role., • Background in a digital marketing agency environment., • Strong existing relationships with retailers (a big advantage)., • Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills.
