Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring the smooth operation of the shop.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality are consistently maintained, while strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the premises, in line with health and safety regulations.
Lead, train, and monitor staff, ensuring high levels of staff engagement and performance.
Prepare staff rosters, ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Ensure excellent customer service, resolving complaints and queries in a professional manner.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders with suppliers and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Evaluate and manage financial requirements, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins.
