    The Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our dynamic team. We are recruiting for LSL Gorseway which is an all female unit. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care, leading by example, and supporting both service users and staff.     Job Purpose To provide general plumbing maintenance at a number of Residential/Commercial properties to ensure that they are kept safe, secure and in good condition.
