Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Off-Grid Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The role will focus on identifying, managing, and growing relationships with DC and Off-Grid customers, guiding them through their projects, and providing tailored product solutions. The successful candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, a deep understanding of the off-grid market, and ideally, some experience in electrical and battery system design. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition and Account Management: • Proactively identify and build relationships with potential customers in the off-grid and DC sectors., • Assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their off-grid and battery storage projects, offering technical advice where necessary., • Understand client needs, project specifications, and system requirements to offer comprehensive product solutions., • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the off-grid segment of the business., • Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue and profitability within the off-grid division., • Continuously update and expand your knowledge of CCL Components’ product offerings, focusing on off-grid solutions., • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system., • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for off-grid and DC products., • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of off-grid sales opportunities., • Expanding CCL Components’ presence and market share within the UK’s off-grid and renewable energy market., • Proven track record in a sales or account management role, ideally within the renewable energy or electrical sectors., • Understanding of off-grid systems, DC components, and battery technologies., • Experience in electrical and battery system design is highly beneficial., • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively., • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills., • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Familiarity with Victron’s VRM (Victron Remote Management) platform and related GX devices Strong understanding of off-grid systems, DC components, and battery technologies highly beneficial.
