Zen Bespoke 📍 West Hampstead Showroom | Hybrid 🕘 Full-time | Permanent 💰 OTE £100,000+ Zen Bespoke is a luxury joinery and furniture brand delivering high-end, made-to-measure projects for private clients, architects, and interior designers across London and the UK. We’re looking for a sales-driven, relationship-focused Sales Consultant to manage and close high-value bespoke projects (£200k–£500k). This role combines showroom-based consultations, client visits, and long-term relationship development — ideal for someone who thrives in premium, design-led sales. What you’ll be doing • Generating new business through networking and relationship building, • Managing and qualifying inbound enquiries, • Conducting client meetings (showroom, on-site, and online), • Managing and coordinating quotations from brief through to issue, • Owning the full sales process through to close, • Building long-term client relationships and driving repeat business, • Entertaining clients and representing the brand in a professional, high-end manner, • Representing a premium brand with confidence and attention to detail About you • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, high-end residential real estate or construction experience preferred, • Predominantly B2B, with some B2C exposure, • Confident handling high-value, consultative sales, • Well-presented, personable, and commercially sharp, • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven, • Comfortable meeting senior clients and key stakeholders Salary & package • Base salary: £28,000 – £35,000, • Commission: 3%, • OTE (On Target Earnings - unrestricted): £100,000+ per annum, with clear year-on-year growth potential, • Travel expenses covered, • Company phone provided Working style • On-site: showroom-based with regular client meetings (in-person / zoom / on site / client offices etc), • Travel mainly across London, with occasional UK travel, • Core availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm for meetings, team calls, and availability to Directors, • Diary autonomy: Within core hours, you are trusted to manage your own appointments and workflow, • Performance-focused: Flexibility is results-led, with clear targets and accountability, • Client commitment: Exceptional client service is expected at all times, • Flexibility required for evening meetings and occasional Saturdays 📧 Apply: Please apply via LinkedIn.
