The Budweiser Brewing Group Account and Team We have a fantastic opportunity for a Territory Manager to join us on our exciting new convenience team, representing world-known brands such as Budweiser, Corona & Stella Artois. We help brands sell more and, in this role, you will drive sales for our client by maximising brand awareness and availability in convenience and independent stores within your area. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for building key relationships with decision makers, in order to agree displays, increase visibility and drive sales for the Budweiser brands. What You’ll Be Doing As a Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of your defined territory, working closely with the Regional Manager and supportive team to delivered against your agreed targets. Your key responsibilities include: • Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers, • Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity, • Driving distribution, availability and visibility across the agreed product range, • Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines, • Actively selling to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility, • Using sales data t track performance and identify growth opportunities What We’re Looking For We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply - you might be just the right person for our team. You’ll need: • Experience working in field sales or similar role, • Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders, • Stakeholder management experience, • Excellent time management and territory planning ability, • Be self-motivated and results-driven, • A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans) Nice to Have: • Experience working in convenience, independents or impulse environment, • Merchandising or POS execution experience, • Direct selling skills What You’ll Get in Return – Benefits and Perks At McCurrach, we recognise that people are the key to our success.
