Field Sales Executive – FMCG (UK Market) Location: Luton, England (London Region) Company: V EXFO - Vaibhav Exotic Foods is a Brand being managed by NRG Group of Companies (https://vexfo.co.uk/). Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and field-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our FMCG distribution footprint across the United Kingdom. This is a travel-intensive, performance-focused role aimed at building long-term partnerships with wholesalers, ethnic retailers, independent stores, and distribution partners while driving consistent month-on-month revenue growth. The selected candidate will act as a strategic bridge between: • UK customers, • The V EXFO-UK operations team. The primary objective is to increase UK revenue through structured travel planning, strong relationship management, aggressive order generation, and disciplined account follow-up. Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field, • MBA (Marketing / International Business) preferred Required Experience: • 1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or retail sales, • Prior exposure to UK wholesale, ethnic retail, or independent retail markets preferred, • Proven experience in field sales and territory management, • Experience handling distributors, wholesalers, and B2B customers, • Exposure to logistics coordination and route planning, • Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets Required Skills: • Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel proficiency., • Field-oriented and comfortable with frequent travel (60–70%)., • Strong communication and negotiation skills., • Relationship-building capability with a long-term business focus., • Detail-oriented approach (store visits, shelf audits, SKU analysis, merchandising checks)., • Basic understanding of FMCG retail operations and supply chain flow., • Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability., • Strong follow-up discipline and structured reporting capability., • Problem-solving ability in customer servicing, credit, delivery, and coordination matters. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Territory Development & Travel Execution (60–70% Travel) • Travel extensively across the UK to meet wholesalers, retailers, and distribution partners, • Conduct in-person meetings with customers and prospects if required., • Strengthen relationships with existing customers, • Identify and onboard new retail and wholesale partners, • Map high-potential South Asian retail clusters across assigned territories, • Represent the company at trade meetings, exhibitions, and community business events 1. Sales Growth & Order Generation • Drive consistent month-on-month revenue growth, • Achieve defined monthly sales targets, • Reactivate inactive accounts and convert them into recurring customers., • Increase order frequency and average basket size, • Promote fast-moving and high-margin SKUs, • Introduce new product launches to customers, • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate delivery requirements 1. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain structured follow-up cycles for all assigned accounts, • Build long-term partnerships through relationship-based selling, • Address customer concerns, delivery issues, and account-related matters, • Ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution, • Provide regular customer health, pipeline, and revenue reports to management 1. Internal Coordination • Work closely with internal sales support & operations teams for:, • Lead generation, • Follow-up calls, • Order reminders, • Payment follow-ups, • Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order planning, • Align with marketing teams for territory-specific promotions, • Maintain structured CRM and customer database records 1. Market Intelligence & Strategic Contribution • Track competitor activities and pricing within the UK market, • Identify regional product demand trends, • Provide territory performance insights to management, • Recommend expansion opportunities in new regions, • Identify opportunities for sub-distributors and channel partners Preferred Candidate Profile: We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong understanding of the South Asian retail ecosystem within the UK and can effectively engage with business owners from these communities. Preferred Languages: • Hindi, • Telugu, • Urdu, • Punjabi Candidates who can communicate in one or more of the above languages will be given preference, as a significant portion of our customer base consists of South Asian wholesalers, retailers, and community businesses across the United Kingdom.
