About the Role As our Head of Sales, you’ll take full ownership of our sales function—leading a talented team of estimators and account managers while driving new business across the fabrication, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. What You’ll Be Doing • Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing sales team, • Designing and executing our strategic sales plan for sustainable, profitable growth, • Driving new business while strengthening existing client relationships, • Overseeing pricing strategy, margin improvement, and quotation performance, • Collaborating closely with estimating and production teams to ensure delivery excellence, • Representing the company at key industry events and trade shows, • Bringing market insight and commercial intelligence to senior leadership discussions Success Looks Like: • Growing revenue, improving margins, and hitting conversion targets, • Retaining clients and opening new accounts, • Developing a high-performing, accountable sales culture, • Making confident forecasts and delivering on them What You Bring • A background in sheet metal fabrication or related engineering sectors, • Proven leadership in a sales management role, ideally within an SME, • Track record of delivering sales growth and margin improvement, • Strategic thinking with hands-on energy—you're just as comfortable on the shop floor as in the boardroom, • Strong negotiation skills and client-facing confidence, • Experience with CRM and reporting tools Who You Are You’re ambitious, resilient, and performance-driven.
