About the Role: As a Secondary Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Science, ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported in their learning. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of teaching and learning while fostering a positive and structured classroom environment. Working across a variety of school settings, you will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, adaptability, and effective classroom management skills while supporting pupils in developing their scientific understanding and curiosity. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Teach core scientific disciplines including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics where required Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and procedures Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on pupil progress Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and leadership teams Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and school-specific policies at all times About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum Excellent classroom management and organisational skills Adaptable, flexible, and confident working in new environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply Who are Aspire People?
