Job Title: Therapeutic Care Worker Location: Gloucester Our rates of pay 26,500 - 27,500 Entry level Care Worker 29,500 - 30,500 for qualified Residential Care Workers with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or extensive experience in social /clinical care and relevant alternative qualifications. 28,000 unqualified - 29,500 qualified Waking Nights (4 on 4 off, 35 hours pw) 36,000 Senior TCWs (L3 C YP essential, previous experience in a Senior Support role) Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Note: We are not able to provide Sponsorship/Visa Assistance! About us: We provide residential therapeutic services to teenagers and young adults with a variety of social, psychological, behavioural and mental health challenges. They live with us in our specialist residential homes in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. All our homes are in peaceful, rural locations. We also provide access to SEN education and work with therapeutic and clinical support teams. Our young people have had traumatic backgrounds, and we work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes, to live happy and fulfilled lives.
