Job Title: Regional Bodyshop Manager Location: Covering 6 sites across Borehamwood, Chelmsford, Enfield, Grays, Thurrock & Woodford Green Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Company Car (OTE up to £100,000) About the Company Our client is one of the UK’s largest and most well-established Accident Repair groups, operating over 100 bodyshops nationwide. With strong growth plans and an impressive regional structure, they are now seeking an experienced Regional Bodyshop Manager to lead and drive performance across six high-profile sites in North London and Essex. The Opportunity This key leadership position reports directly to the Regional Director and plays an instrumental role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations. You’ll provide strategic guidance while remaining a visible, hands-on presence, supporting Bodyshop Managers and ensuring each site meets company standards, performance expectations, and financial targets. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage performance across several bodyshop locations, ensuring delivery against KPIs, budgets, and operational goals, • Coach and support Bodyshop Managers to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability, • Analyse operational performance data, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive improvement, • Play an active role in recruitment, talent development, and succession planning across the region, • Manage escalated employee relations issues in partnership with HR, • Ensure consistent compliance with company processes, quality standards, and best practices, • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and site teams About You • Proven experience in a multi-site operational or regional management role within the accident repair industry, • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting budgets and achieving KPIs, • Confident, influential leader capable of both challenging and supporting site teams, • Experienced in handling complex employee relations matters (alongside HR), • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple locations, • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across North London What’s on Offer • A high-impact leadership role within a growing, ambitious organisation, • The opportunity to shape regional performance and drive meaningful change, • A supportive senior leadership team and strong company values, • Competitive salary, bonus structure, and company car To apply for this role can you please submit your full and up to date CV to Nigel McMinn at Pybus Recruitment
