    Legal Recruitment Consultant (Associate Network) Location: Remote / International Contract Type: Associate / Freelance Reporting to: Head of International Recruitment Role Overview: Atrium is looking to expand its global recruiter network with experienced Recruitment Consultants specialising in Professional Services hiring, with a particular focus on the legal sector. This role will work closely with both our clients and our Head of International Recruitment to identify, source, engage, and screen high-quality candidates for international law firms and professional services organisations. We are looking for commercially minded recruiters who understand the pace, professionalism, and expectations of legal recruitment and can confidently manage candidate engagement within competitive international markets. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Delivery • Identify, source, and engage high-quality legal and professional services talent internationally, • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across relevant markets and practice areas, • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability against client briefs, • Present qualified shortlists within agreed timelines Client & Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with Atrium’s Head of International Recruitment to fully understand client requirements and hiring briefs, • Support the delivery of recruitment assignments for international law firms and professional services clients, • Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication throughout the recruitment process Market Knowledge & Networking • Develop strong understanding of international legal recruitment markets and talent trends, • Build relationships within the legal and professional services sector, • Proactively identify talent pools nd competitor activity Candidate Experience • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates at all stages, • Support interview scheduling, offer management and placement processes where required Key Skills & Experience • Previous recruitment experience within the legal sector is essential, • Strong understanding of Professional Services and international legal hiring, • Experience sourcing mid-to-senior level talent, • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, • Strong sourcing and networking capability, including LinkedIn and direct search methods, • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider international recruitment team What We’re Looking For We’re looking for recruiters who are: • Commercially driven, • Highly proactive, • Relationship-focused, • Detail-oriented, • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment Compensation Structure This role operates on a commission-based structure, designed to reward recruiters who consistently deliver high-quality candidates and support fast, successful hiring outcomes for our clients. We're seeking an experienced yet hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of the group's financial operations, help shape strategic decision-making, and grow into a future CFO role as the business continues to expand. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Management \& Oversight • Oversee day-to-day financial operations across all venues and entities within the group. , • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and group liquidity planning. , • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll accuracy, and VAT submissions. , • Supervise management accounts and ensure monthly reporting is timely, accurate, and actionable. , • Consolidate and analyse financial performance across UK and international projects. 2. Strategic Planning \& Growth Support  • Support leadership in financial planning for new openings, refurbs, and international expansions (e.g., project budgets, funding timelines, ROI tracking). , • Build and manage business models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses for new ventures. , • Partner with the Managing Director on long-term growth strategies and capital allocation. , • Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities without compromising creative or operational integrity. , • Big picture financial planning for trajectory of the group. 3. Project \& Investment Oversight  • Track project spend versus budget and ensure accurate cashflow planning for fit-outs and openings. , • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and landlords regarding financial matters, payments, and funding schedules. , • Support negotiations for lease contributions, rent-free periods, and financial agreements with partners or landlords. , • Maintain and evolve project tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, cost trackers). 4. Systems, Processes \& Reporting  • Review and improve accounting systems and internal controls as the group scales. , • Implement clear financial reporting structures between venue teams, central finance, and leadership. , • Ensure all statutory and compliance obligations (HMRC, Companies House, etc.) are met. , • Support the digital transformation of the finance function, from automation to cloud-based reporting / AI developments. 5. Leadership \& Team Development • Work closely with venue GMs, operations, and HR to embed financial awareness across teams. , • Cost control optimisation. , • Champion a culture of accountability and transparency around budgets and costs. 6. International Expansion \& Cross-Border Finance  • Assist with financial structuring, banking, and tax planning for international projects. , • Support cross-currency forecasting and consolidated reporting for UK and overseas entities. , • Liaise with external advisors (auditors, lawyers, tax specialists) to ensure group compliance and optimisation.     We are seeking a Senior Bartender / Bar Lead to join a busy and vibrant tiki-style cocktail bar in Central London. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-energy, late-night venue known for its premium rum-based drinks, particularly Rhum Agricole from the French Caribbean, alongside classic and modern tropical cocktails. We operate late into the night with high guest volumes, especially after nearby venues close. This role offers £18 per hour (including service charge) + additional tips. We are preparing for an early June opening and are looking for individuals to be part of the opening team, with the opportunity to help shape service standards, team culture, and overall bar operations from the start. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee bar service and support team performance during shifts., • Prepare and serve cocktails to a high and consistent standard., • Maintain speed, organisation, and accuracy during busy periods., • Support and guide bartenders and floor staff., • Ensure clear communication across the team at all times., • Engage positively with guests and enhance their experience., • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar., • Assist with stock, prep, and closing procedures., • Follow licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures.
