Our client is an award winning multi‑disciplinary advisory firm. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join an expanding legal team as the lead employment advisor. This is a key role for an experienced practitioner who can confidently lead on non‑contentious matters and tribunal work, support corporate transactions, and help shape the future of our employment offering with plans to expand the team as the business grows. \n\n Role Overview \n\n The Senior Employment Solicitor will handle a broad range of employment law matters, with a particular focus on: \n\n\n\t • Running and managing Employment Tribunal matters\n\t, • Advising on and drafting settlement agreements\n\t, • Leading on TUPE processes (in both business transfers and outsourcing scenarios)\n\t, • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, and HR policies\n\t, • Providing advice to our existing in house counsel clients alongside the commercial and IP team\n\t, • Manage any of Employment Tribunal matters from start to finish\n\t, • Draft, negotiate, and advise on individual and group settlement agreements, support employer clients with structured exit processes\n\t, • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice\n\t, • Advise on TUPE transfers, including due diligence, employee liability information, and consultation obligations and draft and review TUPE‑related contractual provisions.\n\t, • Support clients through reorganisations, restructures, and redundancy processes\n\t, • Draft employment contracts, service agreements, handbooks, and HR policies\n\t, • Work closely with the corporate team on employment aspects of acquisitions and disposals\n\t, • Conduct employment due diligence and prepare reports\n\t, • Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the employment practice\n\t, • Stay ahead of development employment legislation changes and provide advisory notes to Group clients.\n\t, • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law\n\t, • Strong experience running Employment Tribunal cases independently\n\t, • Demonstrable experience with TUPE processes\n\t, • Confident drafting and advising on settlement agreements\n\t, • Excellent drafting skills for contracts, policies, and advisory notes\n\t, • Ability to manage client relationships and provide commercially focused advice\n\t, • Experience supporting corporate transactions Interest in business development and practice growth\n\t, • Competitive salary and benefits package\n\t, • Hybrid working options\n\t, • Opportunity to work within a unique multi‑disciplinary advisory group\n\t, • Clear progression pathways and opportunities to shape the employment practice\n\t, • A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team culture\n
