We are looking for a Delegate Account Executive to join our high-performing, respected commercial team delivering premium international aviation and ground handling events. This role is ideal for someone in their first or second sales position who is serious about building a long-term career in consultative sales. You will take full responsibility for delegate retention across a portfolio of 5 global aviation conferences and 1 large scale exhibition, working closely with the Commercial Director to manage rebooking strategies both pre-event and onsite. This is not transactional sales. Our events operate at the highest level of the aviation industry, and success in this role depends on empathy, care, professionalism, and the ability to build trusted relationships both over the phone and face-to-face at live events around the world. As a Delegate Account Executive, you will: Take full ownership of delegate retention across a portfolio of 4+ international events. Support exhibition booth rebooking onsite, ensuring strong client engagement and commercial outcomes. Become an expert in the brands premium networking tools and be able to successfully demo its value offering to new and existing clientele in the build up to events. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior industry professionals across the aviation and ground handling sectors. Deliver exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email, and in person at global events. Research companies, understand account structures, and identify key decision-makers. Stay informed on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity. Work collaboratively with marketing and wider commercial teams to maximise retention and growth opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management. What we’re looking for Must-haves: A genuine passion for selling - with care, empathy, and integrity. Confidence building relationships over the phone and in person. A strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail. Commercially driven and motivated by targets and progression. Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline. Professional, polished, and comfortable representing the business at international live events. Nice-to-haves: Experience in events, exhibitions, delegate sales, or B2B environments. 1–3 years’ experience in a sales role (or strong evidence of commercial drive and ambition). Exposure to account management or retention-based sales models. Experience using CRM systems. Interest in aviation, travel, or international business sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to join a well-established global engineering and refrigeration solutions provider on a 12-month fixed term contract that has the potential to go permanent. Based in Dartford, you will play a key role supporting major nuclear infrastructure projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing and inspection process. Working within a specialist engineering division, you will be involved in complex refrigeration and engineered packages used in highly regulated and demanding environments. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will work closely with project teams, suppliers and clients to ensure quality requirements are fully met across all stages of the project lifecycle. What you’ll be doing as Quality Control Engineer: • Preparing and coordinating Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation, • Coordinating internal, client and third-party inspections, • Conducting off-site inspections of packaged chillers and engineered equipment, • Carrying out plant inspections at various build stages to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, • Managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring corrective actions are completed, • Reviewing inspection test packages and confirming all ITP witness and hold points are completed, • Supporting the preparation and submission of Life Time Quality Records and Manufacturing Record Books, • Producing detailed inspection reports and working closely with the Project Manager to resolve quality issues, • The role will involve some travel across the UK a couple of times per month What We’re Looking for in a Quality Control Engineer: We’re looking for a detail-focused Quality professional with experience working in technical or engineering environments. You will ideally have: • Previous experience in a Quality Control, Inspection or QA role, • Experience working within engineering, manufacturing, HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial environments, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Desirable (but not essential): • Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001:2015), • Welding inspection certification (CSWIP Level 3.2), • Experience working with Inspection & Test Plans and quality documentation What’s on offer for a Quality Control Engineer: You’ll be joining a highly respected engineering business delivering complex industrial refrigeration systems and packaged plant solutions for critical infrastructure and specialist industrial projects.
