ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Sourcing and booking influencers and UGC content creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms to execute both organic and paid campaigns., • Nurturing and building long-term relationships with clients, content creators, talent managers and talent agents., • Building, managing and launching creator pools across multiple diverse niches., • Ideating concepts, briefing talent, providing constructive feedback on produced assets and approving content to ensure it remains on-brand while driving performance., • Collaborating with other internal departments to deliver holistic social media campaigns where influencer/creator content plays a key part., • Learning to drive results based on client KPIs and building performance reports to showcase campaign success to our clients.
